Original Motivational Songs and
Rhythms of Possibility:
Have you ever had a song or a
jingle stuck in your head? Usually it’s something not exactly
empowering (you know, "Winston tastes good like a..." ). Mark
Shepard’s original songs use the same "hook" process but
unlike the typical jingle or pop song they deliver transformational and
empowering messages. These messages get "stuck" in the
listener’s head and assist in creating and maintaining the positive
states that lead to high achievement, empowerment and healing.
Have you ever heard a drum beat that
coaxed you to start moving before you even knew it? Shepard combines
powerful, soul stirring rhythms with *"Afformations" to
initiate and lock in positive and empowering messages. these messages
are carried deep into the unconscious mind where all true change takes
place.
*"Afformations" take a
quantum step beyond traditional Affirmations because they use why and
how questions to trigger the brain’s inherent tendency to find answers
to what we ask. Unfortunately most of us habitually ask dis-empowering
questions. (Source: "Permission to Succeed" by Noah St. John)
